  • American Express provides transaction data feeds to MYOB accounting software, ensuring a more time efficient and seamless business experience. Card Members must be enrolled with MYOB for the automatic transaction data feed to take place. 
  • Keep track of expenditure. Download statements and transaction details, view balance sheets and keep track of business expenditure using QuickenTM, MYOB® or Microsoft Excel.
  • Additional Supplementary Cards are free of charge (up to 99 Cards). Give Cards to your employees and get better visibility of your team’s expenses. As the Cards are linked to your account, the Qantas Points they earn will be pooled in your Qantas Business Rewards account.
  • Access Line allows you to settle payments with your domestic and international suppliers using your Card, even if they don’t accept American Express Card payments.

Complimentary insurance 

Both international and domestic travel insurance are automatically included when the card is used to pay trip fares. 

Trips of up to 62 days’ duration are insured, with a maximum of 120 days annual cover per cardholder. The eight policies included are:

  • Medical emergency expenses, essentially for overseas travel, but it will also cover transport and accommodation costs, as well as medical costs not covered by Medicare, in the event of an emergency while travelling within Australia
  • Baggage, money and documents cover for damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen items (e.g. $2,500 cover for a laptop)
  • Travel inconvenience cover for delayed or cancelled flights, delayed luggage, missed flight connections, and denied boarding as a result of overbooking
  • Travel cancellation cover for non-refundable deposits and pre-paid costs if your trip is unavoidably cancelled because of situations such as jury duty, serious illness or death 
  • Transport accident cover, providing cash compensation for loss of life, limb or eyesight as a result of an accident on public transport or a commercial flight
  • Card account balance waiver - in the event of a successful transport accident claim, the card account balance (up to a maximum of $20,000) is waived
  • Business trip completion cover pays for an alternative person to complete a business trip where the original traveller’s trip was interrupted by serious illness or injury, or the accidental death of a close relative
  • Personal liability cover, when incurred during a trip
